The engineer will be expected to develop an in-depth understanding of the companyÂs data model and work with it extensively. The companyÂs expert on-site monitoring and revolutionary technology platform helps to take the pain and uncertainty out of overseas manufacturing. The company has managed to secure $1.5 mn+ in funding during their Pre-Seed round. This will be a full-time role for the candidate requiring 4+ hours overlap with the EST time zone.
Job Responsibilities:
 Design and build reliable, highly performant, and user-friendly web applications
 Analyze and deliver standards for code quality, test coverage, and platform stability
 Perform maintenance, support, and enhancements in existing systems and platforms
 Measure operational efficiency, understand requirements, and translate them into well-designed queries and dashboards
Job Requirements:
 BachelorÂs/MasterÂs degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
 At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a data engineer/analyst
 Prolific experience working with SQL and PostgreSQL
 Familiarity with Python, Terrascope, and Looker is desirable
 Prior experience with Mode analytics to create dashboards is nice to have
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
