Hours: Up to 28 hours/week office job. Preferably 8:30am-3:00pm (M-W) & 8:30am-12:30pm (Th-F).

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Researches contact information for potential clients to enter into marketing funnel.
• Sets up pre-designed mailings and email campaigns to researched potential clients.
• Makes introductory calls to potential clients to schedule meetings for Sales Associates.
• Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Assists with special projects as assigned. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fast and accurate typing skills. Moderate knowledge of Excel, internet research, and email correspondence.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards. Acute attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
• Occasionally required to stand
• Continually required to sit and to utilize hand and finger dexterity
• Continually required to talk or hear
• Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment and/or use a keyboard for research and communication
• Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items up to 25 pounds
