Key Responsibilities

Answer a high volume of inbound calls and live‑chat inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Identify member needs quickly, providing accurate solutions for product inquiries, order status, returns, and delivery tracking.
Document and troubleshoot complex issues related to online orders, payments, and shipments, escalating when necessary.
Process refunds, credits, and adjustments in accordance with careerzynith policies, ensuring compliance and member satisfaction.
Serve as the liaison between careerzynith members, vendors, fulfillment, and internal operations teams to resolve cross‑functional challenges.
Navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously, maintaining data integrity across CRM, order management, and knowledge‑base systems.
Apply critical thinking and decisive problem‑solving skills to diagnose issues and recommend effective resolutions.
Maintain a consistent, courteous, and solution‑oriented communication style, adhering to careerzynith’s brand voice guidelines.
Participate in ongoing training sessions, including a mandatory 14‑day online Business Service Specialist certification program.
Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives by sharing insights from member interactions with the quality and training teams.


Essential Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience: Prior customer service or support experience in a high‑volume call‑center environment is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and comfort using multiple web‑based applications concurrently.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; typing speed of at least 30 wpm with high accuracy.
Problem‑Solving: Demonstrated ability to think analytically, prioritize issues, and make sound decisions under pressure.
Flexibility: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and split shifts as needed.
Certification: Completion of the careerzynith Online Business Service Specialist training (14‑day program) upon hire.


Preferred Qualifications & Skills
