Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance via phone, email, or in person. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to work well within a team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally, contributing to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, or in person.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues by identifying the problem and offering appropriate solutions.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Monitor and manage customer feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the Customer Service Manager.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate's degree or higher (preferred).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
• A positive, professional attitude and a strong customer-first mindset.
