Job Description: Costco is currently seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals for remote, part-time Data Entry and Customer Service positions. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries, provide support on various issues, and manage data entry tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Assist customers by phone, email, or chat with inquiries, order issues, and general support. • Accurately input and update customer data and order information into internal systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem resolution. • Perform other administrative duties as needed.
