As an Apple Home-Based Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to Apple customers via phone, chat, and email. You will troubleshoot technical issues, resolve customer inquiries, and assist with product setup and usage. This role requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge of Apple products, and the ability to work independently from a remote location.
