 Proactively communicate with customers about potential delays or issues with their orders to prevent frustration and confusion.
Duties & Responsibilities:
 Save time and effort by using your phone to purchase items on the go.
 Regain precious time and avoid the trouble of grocery store visits by ordering groceries online for home delivery.
 Check for order quality.
 Leverage advancements in technology, such as computers, smartphones, supervise applications, and decipher QR codes.
 The app serves as a platform to interact with customers regarding their orders.
