Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical or Materials Engineer to support our EO/IR seeker and precision munitions products and related technologies. If selected, you will be part of the Parts, Materials, and Processes (PMP) Team supporting a large production program in the Franchise Program Portfolio – a major piece of our Precision Guidance and Sensing Solutions product line. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a materials and processes expert in a robust PMP program supporting a multi million-dollar franchise production program. Collaborate closely with the customer, other government agencies, and cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues, review, improve, and document PMP activities, and ensure compliance to contractual obligations. Support periodic audits of suppliers’ facilities and processes. Provide technical assessments to Material Review Boards (MRBs) to resolve non-conformances. Skillfully present detailed technical information to internal and external customers with confidence. Participate in RCCA and CAR/SCAR activities as needed. Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Mentor more junior engineers and actively contribute to knowledge-sharing culture.
