Your Role
As Medical Departures Partnership Manager you are responsible for finding and signing contracts with new medical clinics/hospitals in Turkiye. Your job is to inform medical clinics in Turkiye about the value of partnering with Medical Departures.
We are seeking a Partnership Manager to join our team. As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, generating leads, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. You will work closely with the sales team to identify potential clients and develop effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships will be crucial in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Your Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage client relationships with a focus on generating new business opportunities, networking, and cold-callingSupport Medical Departures' goal to find the largest number of high-quality medical clinics in Turkiye and have medical contracts signed quickly and efficiently to hit companies targetResponsibilities of meeting & beating sales quota, sales funnels etc.Collaborate with the Inside sales team to create effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets & exceed daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotasBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing partner clinics through regular communication via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, or any other platform according to requirements and follow-up to ensure long-term partnershipsDrive a sales funnel from prospect, to partner, partner to premium partnerConduct research to identify new market opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activitiesComfort starting the month at zero and working smarter, not harder to deliver tangible results to hit commission tiers consistentlyMaintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports document, tag, and create follow-up tasks every interaction with prospects and partner clinics into the CRM toolConduct presentations via google slides and product demonstrations to prospective clinics (stakeholders)Manage the entire sales process. Focused on building relationships with prospects, understanding their needs, and providing them with compelling reasons to choose the company's products or services.Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experienceDevelop and maintain knowledge of products, market trends, and competitor offeringsPost notable European medical clinic updates to Medical Departures FaceBook, Instagram Google+, and Twitter pagesAttend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and develop business opportunities
Skills and Job Requirements
2-4 years of experience in sales or account managementTop sales performer in past sales organizationsExpectation to hit quotas starting in month #2 after hiringProven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities**need to have**Fluent in English (verbal and written) *need-2-have*Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively. **need to have***Will require working nights/weekends to hit sales deliverables (quotas, targets)..this is not a 9-5 pm jobExcellent listening and writing skills> 40+ WPM typing abilityAbility to build and maintain strong client relationships**need to have**Strong presentation and negotiation skills**need to have**Ability to work responsibly and productively from a remote home-office environment with good time management.Extensive technical experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams Chat) or Google Business Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Docs, Drive), CRM (Zoho, Zendesk, Salesforce, SugarCRM, Freshworks), Social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok), Chat (Whatsapp, Telegram)Experience tracking and maintaining a sales funnel through CRM (Zoho) and other tools.International travel experience ***nice to have***Ability to travel > 20% of the time with ***need to have***Technical familiarity & knowledge of medical/dental procedures & terminology **nice to have**Early/late availability, according to the requirement
