How you’ll make an impactAs a Partner Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Partner team. You will lead a team of field-based Senior Account Managers, providing strategic guidance, coaching, and motivation to ensure the team consistently exceeds expectations. Your ability to foster a high-performing culture, develop talent, and achieve subscription and revenue growth goals will be instrumental in our continued growth.Please note, this is a field based remote role covering the Midlands, and/or South of England (South East, South West). Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of field-based Senior Account Managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
Setting the Standard: Set the standard for excellence by ensuring adherence to the single sales process, NEAT methodology, and CRM discipline.
Pipeline Management: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure it provides an accurate view of current opportunities and progress.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Head of Partner Sales to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations, track key metrics, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key Partners and ensure a high level of Partner satisfaction.
Data Analysis: Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Recruitment and Talent Development: Identify, recruit, and develop top talent to strengthen the team.
