As a partner resources associate, you will:
Ā Collaborate - Partner with Partner Resources specialist teams and cross- functional teams in support of US PRO prioritie
Ā Support- Provide partner resources support that spans all aspects of the partner experience
Ā Enable- Assist Partner Resources teams with problem solving by accessing, compiling, and analyzing data, insights, and analytics.
Ā Plan & Implement - Monitors team priorities and supports the implementation of plans, goals and objective
Ā Embody Starbucks Mission & Values and create best moments for partners and customers.
This role will be required to work central/east coast hour
We would love to hear from people with:
Ā Two or more years of human resources generalist or specialist experience
Ā Two or more years providing administrative support to a department or team
Ā Proficiency in excel, (same standard that we would put in for any job with administrative elements)
