Partner Business Development Manager 3

Overview Job Description: The Partner Business Development Manager 3 is responsible for the growth of the company's partner network and ecosystem including recruiting onboarding and go-to-market efforts for all partner types to drive revenue growth and new market entry. Responsibilities: Lead the qualification and pursuit of new potential ISV VAR OEM SI partnerships Collaborate with peers in the company's commercial organization to reinforce partner go-to-market strategies Lead prioritizaion of partner efforts based on industry and/or region goals and targets Lead the development and execution of specific contractual agreements enablement and business plan to successfully market and deploy company industry solutions Monitor and report on partner ecosystem performance including identification of appropriate partner coverage and industry or geography requirements Partner with marketing to support go-to-market efforts; provide input to the development of sales collateral and events targeted to relevant market Operate as a trusted advisor to potential customers; develop and maintain strategic working relationships Mentor coach train and provide feedback to other team members; may provide feedback to leadership on abilities of team Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Significant experience in sales business development strategic alliances or product marketing Significant experience starting developing and monetizing partner alliances Microsoft Windows and Office proficient Strong interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department Strong collaboration skills applied successfully within team as well as with all levels of employees in other areas Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact Strong facilitation and project management skill Demonstrated ability to compose and present information and ideas in group settings Demonstrated ability to think critically and be creative Ability to coach mentor and provide feedback to team members in a timely manner Ability to thrive in a fast paced deadline driven environment Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with minimal oversight Demonstrated ability to influence motivate and mobilize team members and business partners Strong ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others; effective at gaining consensus Strong knowledge of SaaS Software Solutions or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and products Up to 50% travel time required
