Genuine care for our clients and partners is at the heart of our DNA.We’re proud to be recognised by top industry analysts as a Leader and Strong Performer in multiple Gartner and Forrester reports.In 2025, Creatio was named to Inc.’s Best Workplaces list, recognising our commitment to employee wellbeing and a strong workplace culture.Who We’re Looking For:We are seeking a passionate, proactive, and results-driven Partner Account Manager who will be responsible for managing relationships with Creatio partners across the BENELUX & Nordics region (including GSIs), while ensuring strong partner acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth.This role reports directly to the VP of Channels (Europe).The role is based in Poland.Responsibilities:Partnership DevelopmentBuild strong partner relationships and serve as a trusted advisor for Corporate and Enterprise partners.Act as a key point of contact for partners’ day-to-day needs.Use strategic thinking and relationship management to drive growth from existing partners and identify upsell opportunities.Manage renewals of annual agreements.Conduct quarterly business reviews both remotely and onsite.Build strong partner satisfaction leading to renewals, references, and case studies.Conduct regular partner check-in calls to maximise partner satisfaction and engagement.Help partners grow their expertise and experience with Creatio technology.Grow pipeline and closed business together with partners.Partner SalesSupport lead generation activities.Lead the qualification process together with partners.Participate in sales strategy discussions.Coordinate and participate in customer meetings.Collaborate closely with the sales team to accelerate deal progression.Partner AcquisitionProactively identify and approach potential partners through social media and other channels.Acquiring new target partners and oversee onboarding activities.Requirements:1–2 years of partner account management experience.5+ years of experience in a B2B software/SaaS environment with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas.Experience managing medium-to-large partner accounts.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong partner relationships.Strong professional network within the region is a plus.Highly motivated and passionate about sales and partnerships.Professional sales training would be an advantage but is not essential.Understanding of CRM and BPM applications and experience implementing business solutions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Interpersonal SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.Strong multitasking skills with the ability to work autonomously.Ability to identify and focus on high-potential revenue-generating partners.Understanding of key industry trends and market dynamics.Ability to build and maintain long-term partner relationships.Strategic thinking and commercial mindset.Self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic approach to work.High level of integrity and strong work ethic.Results-oriented mindset.What you should expect from us:Growth & Development: Clear career paths, mentorship opportunities, and access to continuous learning to help you reach your full potential.Flexibility & Well-Being: We provide flexible work arrangements and initiatives that empower you to manage your schedule effectively, stay productive, and thrive both personally and professionally.Recognition & Impact: A culture that celebrates achievements, values your ideas, and empowers you to make real contributions from day one.Innovative Culture: Be part of a company that embraces new ideas, modern technologies, and bold thinking to stay ahead of the curve.Benefits & Rewards Package: We provide competitive compensation and benefits designed to support you and your family.
