Participant Coordinator (Remote – Split Shift) – $30/hr + Significant Bonuses

About the Role: We are looking for a sharp, assertive, and highly organized Participant Recruiter to manage participant "show-rates" for an in-person tech device study. This isn't a typical "sourcing" role—the participants are already vetted and scheduled. Your mission is to ensure they actually walk through the door on time and successfully complete the appointment.
The Schedule (5 Hours Daily / Monday–Friday):
• Morning Sprint: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM ET
• Afternoon Sprint: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM ET
• Admin/Prep: 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM ET
The Pay (1099 Contractor):
• Base: $30.00/hour
• Daily Tier 1 Bonus: $10.00 per complete (for completes 11–15)
• Daily Tier 2 Bonus: $25.00 per complete (for completes 16–20)
• A "Perfect Day" (20 completes) pays out $325.00 for 5 hours of work ($65/hr equivalent).
Responsibilities:
• The Human Nudge: Call/text scheduled participants to move them from "digital sign-up" to "physical arrival."
• Beat the Clock: Ensure our participants arrive on time to beat other recruiters to the facility's capacity cap.
• Troubleshoot: Resolve last-minute parking, security, or "cold feet" issues via phone.
Requirements:
• High Assertiveness: You aren't afraid to call someone twice to make sure they are awake and driving.
• Extreme Reliability: You must be online and active precisely at 8:00 AM ET and 12:30 PM ET.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with scheduling software (Calendly) and real-time tracking (Google Sheets + Airtable).
