Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with prospective students via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Explain admissions criteria, course offerings, and next steps in the enrollment process
Record and manage applicant data using CRM tools
Follow up with inquiries and guide applicants toward enrollment
Support outreach and conversion goals as part of a collaborative admissions team
Who We’re Looking For:
Located in or around Corpus Christi, TX
Excellent communicator and relationship-builder
Organized, tech-comfortable, and reliable in a remote work setting
Background in customer service, education, or advising is preferred
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
What Sets You Apart:
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Prior experience with online learning or student services
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital workflows
