Key Responsibilities:


Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, or online chat


Provide detailed information about available programs, deadlines, and the admissions process


Support students through the application process and address any questions they have


Maintain and update records using CRM tools


Achieve individual and team enrollment goals within a remote team structure


Preferred Qualifications:


Reside in or near Pittsburgh, PA


Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently


Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial


Experience in admissions, customer service, or education is preferred
