- Provide clear information about admissions processes, program options, and deadlines
- Guide applicants step-by-step toward enrollment
- Maintain accurate student records using CRM tools
- Meet communication and outreach goals within a collaborative team environment
Ideal Candidate:
- Resides in or near Cincinnati, OH
- Friendly, articulate, and goal-oriented
- Tech-comfortable and able to work independently in a remote setup
- Background in admissions, advising, or customer service is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Preferred Experience:
- Bilingual capabilities
- Familiarity with online education platforms or CRM software
- Prior experience working remotely
