As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, answering after-hours phone calls, and scheduling appointments between customers and on-call technicians in the West Berlin, NJ area.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
In this part-time dispatcher position, you will work from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM on weekdays and from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM on weekends, with flexibility to choose from multiple shifts. Your duties will include:
Answering phone calls and responding to customer needs via email
Scheduling appointments with customers and maintaining an organized system
Documenting and recording services, and keeping track of account changes
Assisting with miscellaneous office duties as needed
