Administrative Support
What You'll Be Doing:

Ā Assist with contracts, quotes, and pricing.
Ā Handle bill payments and financial record management.
Ā Perform data entry and organization tasks in HubSpot.
Content And Communication
Ā Post engaging content on various platforms.
Ā Conduct LinkedIn outreach and build new connections.
Vendor Management
Ā Research and manage vendor relationships.
Ā Handle procurement tasks as needed.
Project Assistance
Ā Support ad-hoc projects and ongoing initiatives.
Ā Plan and organize team events, client meetings, and social activities.
Ā Advocate for our company and assist with award submissions.
Leadership Support
Ā Take notes and help keep leadership organized.
Ā Ensure clear communication within the team and with external partners.
What We're Looking For
Location: Preferably based in the Central or Mountain Time Zones.
Experience: Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role is a plus.
Skills
Ā Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ā Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ā Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
