Part time Virtual Assistant for remote weightloss practice
Job Summary
We are looking for a part time virtual agent for physician-owned telemedicine startup specializing in medical weight loss using GLP-1 medications. As we grow, we plan to expand into additional services such as mental health support and hormone replacement therapy. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support daily operations. Hours will begin at 1ā2 hours per week with potential to increase.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Provide service information to prospective clients & Respond to client inquiries and address concerns
ā¢ Schedule televisits, manage appointments and assist clients with completing consent forms
ā¢ Make appointment reminder calls. collect payments
ā¢ Troubleshoot basic EMR/technical issues and coordinate with tech support
ā¢ Document and update medical records based on client interactions
ā¢ Maintain a knowledge base of services offered
Qualifications:
ā¢ Experience in customer service, sales, or medical front desk preferred
ā¢ Comfortable using technology and virtual platforms
ā¢ Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
ā¢ Organized, Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor
ā¢ Self-motivated and eager to help grow a new practice
ā¢ Social media marketing experience is a plus
