Responsibilities
• Manage email correspondence and schedule appointments
• Assist with contracts, quotes, and pricing
• Handle bill payments and financial record management
• Perform data entry and organization tasks in HubSpot
• Post engaging content on various platforms
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach and build new connections
• Research and manage vendor relationships
• Handle procurement tasks as needed
• Support ad-hoc projects and ongoing initiatives
• Plan and organize team events, client meetings, and social activities
• Advocate for our company and assist with award submissions
• Take notes and help keep leadership organized
• Ensure clear communication within the team and with external partners

Qualifications
• Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role is a plus
• Positive, motivated attitude
• Eager to contribute to a growing company
• Willingness to embrace new tasks and challenges

Education Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications in administration or related fields are a plus
