Part-Time Virtual Assistant for a Creative Digital Products Business (inDeo Design Studio)
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support inDeo Design Studio — a growing digital products brand specializing in Google Sheets and Excel templates for productivity, organization, and planning. You’ll help manage day-to-day operations (1-2 hours a day) so I can focus on designing new spreadsheet products. Responsibilities • Manage and respond to Etsy customer messages and feedback promptly and professionally • Assist with preparing product listings on Etsy and other platforms (titles, descriptions, tags, SEO keywords, images) • Create and upload Pinterest pins, Instagram posts/reels, and Facebook posts using Canva • Maintain and update content calendars for social media and email marketing • Format, organize, and update product spreadsheets as needed (Google Sheets and Excel) • Prepare and proofread tutorial materials and coordinate uploads (video, images, captions, etc.) • Respond to customer feedback and reviews • Assist with email newsletter setup (templates, scheduling, or light copy editing) Preferred Skills • Strong Canva design skills (creating cohesive brand visuals and layouts) • Solid Google Sheets and Excel proficiency (data entry, formatting, formulas) • Excellent written English and communication skills • Basic understanding of Etsy listings, SEO, and product launches • Familiarity with Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook scheduling tools • Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently • Bonus: Experience with GoDaddy email marketing platform Apply tot his job
