Part-Time Virtual Assistant
The Michelle Chalfant Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our growing coaching and personal development business. We specialize in offering transformational programs, coaching certifications, and resources that help individuals on their journey to healing and self-discovery. This position will start at approximately 10 hours per week with the opportunity for increased hours and growth based on fit and performance. Hours are flexible, but you’ll need to be available to communicate with our team and support client needs in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service via email, responding with warmth, professionalism, and accuracy.
Track program requirements, including assessments and submitted assets, to ensure members stay on pace.
Maintain organized records of all incoming materials and alert the team if participants are falling behind.
Perform data entry, update tracking systems, and manage deadlines with precision.
Keep program documentation, files, and processes up to date and easy to navigate.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience in this high-touch program.
Write, schedule, and send reminder emails to program participants to help them stay on track and meet deadlines.
Online course support, including course setup, graphic creation & uploading video/audio.
Additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Impeccable written and spoken English, grammar, spelling, and tone matter deeply in this role.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
Proactive, self-starter with a positive & friendly attitude.
Reliable computer and internet connection.
Previous experience in customer service or administrative support preferred.
We are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with tools such as Kajabi, Monday.com, Google Workspace, Canva, and project management/CRM platforms.
Familiarity with online learning programs or membership communities.
Understanding of (or at least being open to) your Human Design type and how it supports your work style. We value self-awareness and alignment in the way we serve clients. *We can teach you this!
