JOB TITLE: Virtual Assistant (Part-time)
RATE: PHP 250 per hour (2 hours a day)
WORK TYPE: Part-time, WFH/Remote
WORKING HOURS:
Afternoon PST or around 6AM Manila time
2 hours per day
START DATE: TBD
JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Knowledgeable with the following:
Purchasing tasks: (preferably with Purchasing experience or at the very least, have experience with ERP system)
Create Purchase Orders and follow-up with vendors ensuring on-time delivery and tracking backorders
Enter Vendor Bill from POs, or bills from other services
Shipping carrier bills - Expeditors, Fedex, DHL, UPS
Create part numbers and uploading photos
Uploading credit card receipts
Review of low inventory
Process vendor returns
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Preferably with Purchasing experience or at the very least, have experience with ERP system
Fluent in English
Passionate about Data Privacy and Security
Managerial and Consulting Experience
Experienced in different domains
Comfortable with making collaborative decisions
Good in managing project and administrative tasks
The ideal candidate would have all these areas of subject matter experience:
Software Development
Data Privacy or Security
US Law
US Business Administration
