Part Time Virtual Administrative Assistant in ALABAMA

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Administrative Assistant for BLISS Counseling & Consulting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote work environment, has flexibility to make and receive occasional phone calls, and possesses strong communication skills. The Virtual Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and enhancing... productivity across various projects.

Duties
Ā• Verify insurance information and ensure accurate documentation.
Ā• Perform data entry and maintain updated records.
Ā• Oversee and update CAQH profiles.
Ā• Manage social media accounts and monitor online presence.
Ā• Develop and organize filing systems for efficient record-keeping.
Ā• Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner.
Ā• Track certifications, licenses, and provide timely reminders to providers.
Ā• Retrieve and input patient documents into the EHR system.
Ā• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members.
Ā• Coordinate onboarding paperwork and processes for new employees.
Ā• Conduct follow-up communications with clients, potential clients, employees, and contractors as necessary.
Ā• Prepare and distribute communications, including memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
Ā• Assist with additional administrative tasks as required.

Experience
Ā• Education: Some college coursework preferred.
Ā• Experience: Prior experience in behavioral health care preferred. Insurance Claims
Ā• Medical billing and coding experience highly preferred).
Ā• Scheduling & managing calendars
Ā• Verifying insurance
Ā• Utilizing electronic health records.
Ā• Marketing.
Ā• Drafting correspondence.
Ā• Handling various administrative responsibilities.
Ā• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
Ā• Proficiency with Google Suite Programs (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc).
Ā• Canva
Ā• Familiarity with database management systems and project management tools is a plus.
Ā• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities are essential, including task prioritization, effective time management, and meticulous attention to detail.
Ā• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must for this role.
Ā• Problem-Solving Abilities: The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills, adaptability, and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
Ā• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is necessary to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
