Part-Time Therapist (Remote Position or Hybrid)

Our work environment includes: • Work-from-home • Flexible working hours • Modern office setting (if desired) Duties: - Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients using evidence-based therapeutic techniques. - Assess clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans. - Provide counseling and support to clients dealing with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, autism, gender issues counseling, and chronic issue counseling. - Utilize various therapeutic modalities to address clients' emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including data collection and coding for research purposes. Requirements: - Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field. - Valid Virginia state licensure as a Therapist. *Must be able to work independently* - Experience working with diverse populations and a wide range of mental health issues. - Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines. - Proficiency in data collection and coding for research purposes is preferred.
