Part-Time Therapist (Licensed or Associate) – Sustainable Caseload (15 Clients/Week)

Healing Arts Therapy PDX is a growing group practice focused on providing high-quality, sustainable care for both clients and clinicians.
We are intentionally building a practice where therapists can:
• Maintain a manageable caseload (15 clients/week baseline)
• Do meaningful clinical work without burnout
• Have flexibility and autonomy in their schedule
Position Overview
We are hiring a part-time therapist (licensed or associate) who is looking to build and maintain a steady caseload in a supportive, low-pressure environment.
This role is ideal for:
• Therapists transitioning into private practice
• Clinicians seeking part-time, sustainable work
• Associates looking for a steady referral stream and support
• Responsibilities
• Provide individual therapy (adults, teens, or families based on your specialty)
• Maintain timely documentation
• Manage scheduling and availability
• Collaborate as needed with practice owner/admin
Caseload Expectations
• Baseline: 12–15 clients per week once established
• Opportunity to grow beyond 15 clients/week if desired
• Referrals provided to support caseload growth

• Support with credentialing (if needed)
• Billing and administrative support
• EHR system provided
• A practice culture that values balance, autonomy, and clinician wellbeing
Qualifications
• Licensed in Oregon (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) OR Registered Associate (LMFT-A, LPC-A, CSWA)
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
• Interest in working with high-demand populations (anxiety, trauma, ADHD, teens preferred)
• Willingness to grow to a minimum of 12–15 clients/week
