We are currently seeking a Part-Time Telehealth Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LPC) to join our FOLX Behavioral Health Services! As a therapist with FOLX, you will be providing individual therapy to our members (patients) through a telehealth platform. Access: We invest in our team by providing the tools and training needed to achieve individual goals.Agency: We trust our team to get their jobs done.What You’ll Do:Provide individual therapy through synchronous video sessions to adults with a wide range of mental health conditionsCollaborate with fellow therapists and clinicians to support comprehensive treatment as part of the FOLX clinical teamPerform initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition and needs; develop and implement therapeutic interventions appropriate to treatment goals; and draw from self-assessments, functional improvement, and goal progress measures to monitor and adjust treatment plansUtilize between-session messaging to support patients and communicate with the team through EMR in accordance with FOLX Health policies and proceduresParticipate in treatment team meetings, supervision, and clinical team meetingsMaintain detailed and timely clinical documentationHelp design, coordinate, and provide therapy services and programs for a variety of patient and community populationsComply with federal and state therapy regulationsMaintain state licenses as requiredOther duties as requiredWhat You’ll Bring:Master's degree or higher from an accredited educational program in psychology, counseling or social workActive state license(s) (LCSW, LMHC or LPC) to be able to practice upon hire.
