Part-Time Tele-Respiratory Therapist | TX
Opportunity Criteria Specialty: Respiratory Therapist (Telemedicine) - must have a current RRT license in the state of Texas Additional licensure in the state of North Carolina and Iowa needed - or willingness to obtain shortly after hire. Candidate Type: RRT Prior Experience: +5 years; with critical care experience Employment Type: Part-time - W2 (No 1099) About the Opportunity: Ideal candidates embrace a team-based culture and innovation. Candidates should be proficient in all aspects of respiratory care including invasive and non-invasive ventilatory support from neonate to adult, including but not limited to: • Comfort in developing and documenting care plans • Knowledge of cardiovascular diagnostics • Ability to work in emergent situations to support critically injured or ill patients • Understanding of pulmonary diagnostics of FENO, PFT and sleep disorders Job Responsibilities/Requirements: • Work from home with flexibility • Daytime/Nighttime 12hr telemedicine shifts • Minimum of 8-10 shifts per month and up to 3 shifts/week. • Minimum of an Associates degree in Respiratory Therapy • BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certified • Equal participation in holiday and weekend coverage About Beam Healthcare: Beam Healthcare is looking for a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our growing team of providers, administrators, analysts & friends who share the vision of Healthcare Equality.
