Part-Time Team Lead & Virtual Assistant (Real Estate)

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Call Center Team Lead to oversee a remote team of virtual agents supporting the real estate industry. This role is ideal for someone with a background in BPO or call center operations who can manage onboarding, training, daily activity tracking, and performance metrics for a distributed team. This is a part-time role starting at 2 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with room to grow into a larger leadership position as the team expands. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of remote virtual agents in the real estate industry • Oversee the agent onboarding process, including systems setup, training assignment, and process orientation • Monitor and report on KPIs and daily agent activity (calls, follow-ups, lead response, task completion, etc.) • Conduct daily team check-ins and weekly performance reviews • Ensure consistency and quality in workflows, scripts, and SOPs • Assign and monitor task completion using tools like Trello, Slack, and CRM systems (e.g., FollowUpBoss) • Support agents with real-time troubleshooting and performance coaching • Collaborate with leadership to improve systems, training, and overall team performance ⸻ Ideal Candidate: • Experience managing virtual BPO or call center teams (real estate or inside sales background is a plus) • Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on performance and accountability • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Proficient with CRMs, task management systems, and virtual communication tools • Fluent in English with minimal accent • Bilingual (Spanish) speakers are strongly preferred • Able to work remotely and independently, with consistent internet and a quiet workspace • Comfortable working within U.S. Eastern Time business hours ⸻ Schedule & Compensation: • Part-Time: 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday • Availability: Must be available within the 9 AM – 7 PM Eastern Time window • Long-Term Opportunity: This role may expand into a more involved leadership position with additional hours and responsibilities Apply tot his job
