Part-Time Strategic Outreach & Appointment Setter (Lead Generation for Retail, Influencers & PR) - Contract to Hire

We’re currently hiring a Strategic Outreach & Appointment Setter to support our aggressive expansion goals by getting us in front of the right decision-makers — retail buyers, influencer partners, PR contacts, and platform resellers — every single week.

What You’ll Do (Daily/Weekly):

- Research qualified leads: boutiques, department stores (US + international), resale platforms, influencers, and PR media contacts

- Send customized, persuasive outreach messages via email, DMs, and forms

- Set up at least 10 qualified appointments/week for our leadership team

- Manage a lead pipeline using Airtable or Google Sheets to track status, outcomes, and follow-ups

- Coordinate appointment confirmations and ensure clean hand-offs to our CEO or Marketing/Sales team

- Refine messaging & track conversion rates so we’re always improving our outreach strategy

Who We’re Looking For:

You’re a natural communicator, incredible at researching, building systems, and securing meetings. You know how to craft emails that convert, and you’re not afraid to follow up — professionally and persistently. You can think like a salesperson, act like a strategist, and write like a native English speaker.

Requirements:

- 10–15 hours/week available consistently

- Proven experience with lead generation, appointment setting, or cold outreach

- Fluent in English (verbal & written) — C1 or native-level

- Fully remote; available to work during some U.S. business hours

- Comfortable working independently and meeting weekly KPIs

- Organized, detail-oriented, and spreadsheet-friendly

- Must be able to set minimum 10 qualified appointments per week

Nice to Have (Bonus):

- Experience in fashion, retail, influencer, or PR spaces

- Familiarity with Slack (team communication) and Asana (task/project management)

- Copywriting experience or cold email/message samples

- Prior work with U.S.-based brands or eCommerce companies

- Platforms that resell products (e.g., curated online shops or marketplaces)

- Influencers open to commission/gifting partnerships

- PR writers, editors, and contributors at fashion/lifestyle publications

What Success Looks Like:

- You consistently set up 10+ qualified appointments/week

- Messages are persuasive, strategic, and feel personal — not spammy

- Outreach is organized, up to date, and tracked in real time

- You represent TopFoxx’s voice and quality with excellence

- You're leads are converting consistently driving revenue for the brand
