Responsibilities
Ā Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader

Ā Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility

Ā Processes customer purchases and performs general cleaning duties
,
Ā Stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly
,
Ā Provides exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience
,
Ā Provides feedback to management on products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues
,
Ā Participates in taking store inventory counts and monitoring inventory for accuracy
,
Ā Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
,
Ā Stocks shelves and rotates product properly to guarantee fresh product availability
,
Ā Follows merchandising planograms to create excellently merchandised displays
,
Ā Organizes new inventory and removes empty boxes
,
Ā Operates machinery and follows all safety procedures
Requirements
Ā Must be 18 years of age or older
,
Ā Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
,
Ā Ability to perform general cleaning duties to company standards
,
Ā Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
,
Ā Excellent verbal communication skills
,
Ā Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
,
Ā Effective time management skills
,
Ā Knowledge of products and services of the company
,
Ā Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
,
Ā Comply with state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages
,
Ā Ability to operate equipment safely and properly, including electric/manual hand jack, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler
