Part-Time Spanish Bilingual Remote Call Center Agent (3rd shift)

ASD - Answering Service for Directors is a growing company looking for remote professional and compassionate Call Specialists.
We are currently hiring for the next training program for our entry-level Call Specialist position! In this role, you will take phone calls for funeral homes across the United States and Canada.
We are currently hiring Spanish-bilingual candidates for part-time post-training schedules on 3rd shift for 32 hours/week consisting of four 8-hour shifts with one 8-hour shift required on Saturday
- 3rd shift will be scheduled 10:05pm-6:05am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday (off Sunday, Thursday, Friday)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
ย Receive, place, and transfer telephone calls following ASD Standards and protocols
ย Interact with customers via online web chat following ASD Standards and protocols
ย Record and deliver all messages in an accurate and timely manner
ย Forward client questions and complaints to appropriate staff members
ย Maintain a friendly and compassionate attitude while assisting emotional callers
ย Understand and respect client and caller confidentiality
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:
ย Visual acuity to quickly navigate an abundance of on-screen account information with instructions necessary to gather and disseminate accurate messages to clients in an expeditious manner
ย Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk while constantly operating computer equipment
ย Excellent communication skills including active listening. Must be able to speak clearly to effectively and efficiently communicate with telephone callers
ย Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
ย Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software and basic technical troubleshooting
ย Ability to remain impartial when dealing with conflict or emotional callers
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
ย High school diploma or equivalent
ย Previous call center experience preferred
ย Previous customer service experience preferred
QUALIFICATIONS:

ย Candidates must pass an assessment to evaluate transcription, spelling, grammar, and comprehension skills.
ย Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English
ย Weekend and holiday hours are required.

WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS:
ย A home computer set-up will be supplied by the company for use during employment.
ย High Speed Internet with a wired ethernet connection with a minimum Download speed of 10 Mbps, a minimum Upload speed of 8 Mbps and maximum Latency speed of 40ms is required. BENEFITS:
ย Earn an effective pay rate of $22-27 per hour. Your effective pay rate will include a Weekday base rate of $19.00 per hour, Weekend rate of $28.50* per hour if on time (*time-and-half), Triple-time Holiday Rate, and Performance and Attendance Bonuses.
