Part-Time Social Media Marketing Manager
About the Role Mindful Money, LLC is a financial education and empowerment brand focused on helping justice-impacted individuals and underserved communities build better money habits, stronger mindsets, and real opportunity. We’re looking for a part-time Social Media Marketing Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day social media execution — posting consistently, engaging our audience, and helping turn attention into action. This is not an influencer role and not an agency role. It is a hands-on, execution-focused position for someone who wants to grow with a mission-driven brand. What You’ll Be Responsible For • Managing and posting content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts • Creating short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) from existing material • Writing clear, engaging captions aligned with our brand voice • Scheduling content using provided tools and templates • Engaging with comments and DMs in a timely, respectful way • Repurposing long-form content (newsletters, workshops, talks) into social posts • Supporting promotions for books, workshops, events, and digital products • Collaborating with the Communications & Sales Coordinator to align messaging What We’re Looking For • Experience managing social media accounts (personal, freelance, or professional) • Comfort with Canva and basic video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, etc.) • Strong written communication skills • Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines without micromanagement • Interest in financial literacy, social impact, or community-based work • Willingness to learn and improve based on feedback Justice-impacted applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
