About Me... I was the 50th employee at GoFundMe and played a key role in scaling the company to more than 900 people globally. After leaving corporate, I built my own consulting practice where I now partner with first-time founders to help them build the people foundation, hiring engine, and operating structure required for real, sustainable scale. My work sits at the intersection of leadership, talent strategy, entrepreneurship, and AI. My personal brand and content presence are growing, and I am ready for a creative partner who knows how to turn real experience into clear, compelling, trustworthy content. About the Role... I am hiring a part-time (Social Media) Content & Personal Brand Partner on a contract basis to work directly with me on content creation across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. This is a close working partnership. You will help translate my insights, experience, and day-to-day work into high-quality social content that builds trust, credibility, and momentum. You should be comfortable capturing a founder’s voice, shaping narratives, and producing clean, polished content that feels human and intentional. This role will start around 40 hours per month with the opportunity to grow as the brand continues to scale. What You Will Do... • Create and prepare content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok • Draft captions and turn ideas, voice notes, and raw concepts into polished posts • Capture on-site photos and video for multi-platform use • Support monthly content planning and maintain a simple content calendar • Edit and repurpose footage into short-form content • Use AI tools to streamline brainstorming, drafting, editing, and production • Ensure all content reflects my brand voice, tone, and positioning • Collaborate closely with me to keep content strategic, consistent, and high quality • Be able to follow and capitalize on trends on instagram and TikTok What You Bring... • Minimum 2-3 years of experience creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok (Instagram & TikTok are what needs the most direction and support) • Strong understanding of how to build and sustain a personal brand • Ability to shoot clean, high-quality photo and video content • Experience shaping founder-led storytelling into engaging social content • Comfort using AI tools to improve content workflows and efficiency • Organized, dependable, and proactive communicator • Collaborative working style and openness to iteration and feedback Hours and Structure... • Part-time contract role • Up to 40 hours per month to start, with room to grow • $25- $30 per hour • Flexible scheduling • I will handle posting initially; you will prepare all content and assets Why This Role Is Different...
