Conducting investigations and composing incident reports
Responding to crisis situations and providing support to associates and guests
Performing security patrols and monitoring security checkpoints
Operating the security Control Room and screening security access points
Escorting associates and guests to parking facilities as needed
Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Ability to read and write to review and complete required reports and record-keeping activities
Excellent communication skills to interact with associates and guests
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergency situations
