**Key Responsibilities**

As a Part Time Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers in a fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

* **Ticket Agent**: Greet customers, guide them through the ticketing and baggage check-in process, and ensure that they have the proper documentation for travel.
* **Gate Agent**: Assist customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding, and manage the boarding process.
* **Operational Tasks**: Use computers to sell, print, and reissue tickets, manage the check-in process, tag baggage, and perform lifting tasks as required.
* **Safety Conscious Behaviors**: Practice safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.

**What You Need to Succeed**

* **Age**: Be at least 18 years of age.
* **Physical Abilities**: Frequently lift bags or items weighing up to and including 80 pounds.

* **Communication Skills**: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation.
* **Availability**: Be willing to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**What Will Give You a Competitive Edge**

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

* **Previous Customer Service Experience**: Experience in customer service, preferably in a travel or hospitality industry.
* **Language Skills**: Fluency in Spanish, both written and orally.
