Key Responsibilities:
Provide courteous and efficient support to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Required Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

Patience and a positive attitude in dealing with customer inquiries and concerns.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software (training will be provided).
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
