Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one SAT tutoring to students in Northern Virginia
Develop and implement personalized learning plans to help students achieve their academic goals
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and Novastar Prep staff to ensure a positive and productive learning experience
Maintain a flexible schedule, with the ability to commit to at least a semester
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Recent or current tutoring/teaching experience
Passion for teaching and learning
Clear communication skills
Reliable vehicle for transportation
Computer literacy
Ability to pass a background check
