Part-Time Sales Representative (Remote)
Brilliantly Clean is an eco-friendly house cleaning company with a strong local reputation for quality and care. We’re hiring a friendly, organized, and self-motivated part-time sales representative to help us grow our recurring client base.
Responsibilities:
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
• Convert one-time cleaning clients into recurring customers
• Reach out to past clients and follow up on quotes
• Log activity in Go High Level
• Answer questions clearly and helpfully
Requirements:
• Must live in Washington State
• Strong communication skills (phone/text/email)
• Organized and tech-comfortable (we use Slack, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
Schedule:
• 10–12 hours/week
• 1–2 hours/day Monday–Friday (between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.)
• 1 weekend hour (flexible)
Pay:
• $20–22/hour (based on experience)
• Monthly performance bonuses (in addition to hourly pay)
