Part Time Sales – Entry Level – Work from Home

Vector Marketing is running immediate interviews for part time sales positions. Basic responsibilities include selling our Cutco products through one-on-one presentations. We offer a base pay that is not based on sales, so reps don't feel pressure to make a sale and instead focusing on providing excellent customer service. There is a commission structure based on performance - not length of service, that increases based on career sales (not yearly sales). Reps are paid weekly - either base or commission, whichever is higher that week. Even if they have an off week, they will still get paid for the appointments they completed regardless of sales. Our reps sell Cutco products that are used in the home focusing on the kitchen and some gardening tools as well. Previous work experience, sales, or knowledge of home goods is not required. We provide all the training needed for success. Position Details: Reps are paid per presentation - $23.00 base-appt - that's not based on sales. Commissions and promotions are based on performance, not based on how long someone has worked. If a rep has an off week, they still make an income. Flexible Work - Reps set their own schedule based on what works best for them. Some work around school, others around internships or their full time job, and some around family obligations. Seasonal work or winter break work is available for those looking for temporary work. Solid Training - Our company has been around for over 40 years, we provide the training needed for success. Resume Experience - Even if someone doesn't stay with us long term the sales, networking, and communication skills they build are needed for any field. Location - Sales reps work from home and locally after training. Meetings and training are held in the office. Advancement - reps who work here long term are able to move along several different paths including management (even if they start part time with no experience). Basic Requirements: - Enjoys working with people • All ages 18 + or 17 and a high school graduate • Conditions apply • Able to interview within the week • Willing to learn and apply new skills People who have done well with us in the past have had experience in retail, fast food, as a cashier, administrative assistant, customer service, receptionist, grocery clerk, server, and in just about any job you can think of. Some didn't have any traditional work experience at all, but they excelled in activities like theater, sports, or band.
