As a team member in the sensual health and wellness retail space, you will engage with customers, educate them on our products, and contribute to a fun, professional, and thriving store environment. This role emphasizes learning, growth, and connecting with frequent shoppers to build lasting rapport.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Provide exceptional customer service, including product education and personalized shopping experiences.
ā¢ Collaborate with the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and Key Holders to meet and exceed sales goals.
ā¢ Maintain store standards by following loss prevention guidelines and time-management best practices.
ā¢ Assist in achieving a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment.
ā¢ Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, based on business needs.
Skills & Qualifications
ā¢ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop rapport with customers and team members.
ā¢ Proficiency in time management to efficiently handle responsibilities and customer interactions.
ā¢ Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for 8+ hours during shifts.
ā¢ Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
