Key Responsibilities
? Schedule initial meetings with senior executives on behalf of clients.
? Communicate value propositions effectively via phone, email, and voicemail to optimize meeting success.
? Maintain precise records within the CRM system, analyze performance data, and strategize for continuous improvement.
? Collaborate with the research team to enhance prospect lists and outreach quality.
? Confirm meetings, generate comprehensive reports, and provide consultative sales insights to clients.
? Acquire a thorough understanding of complex client offerings to prepare for prospect meetings and participate in virtual internal and client discussions.
Required Skills
? 10 years of demonstrated success in securing meetings with executive-level prospects (C-level, SVP, VP, Director).
? Proficiency in building rapport quickly and engaging prospects in meaningful conversations.
? Strong familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and videoconferencing platforms like Zoom.
? Exceptional organizational skills, methodical approach, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
? Access to a reliable computer (PC or Mac) and stable Wi-Fi connection.
? Successful completion of a Salesforce aptitude test and role play will be required during the interview process.
