Part-Time Remote Project Manager
About Us Sprout for Business is a Concord, NH-based web design and SEO agency that helps small businesses grow their digital footprint through beautiful websites, SEO strategy, and ongoing content marketing. We’re a small, collaborative team of writers, designers, SEO specialists, and web developers, and we’re passionate about creating results for our clients. The Role We’re looking for a part-time Project Manager to help keep our client projects running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for coordinating timelines, resources, and communication so our team can focus on doing their best work. This role is fully remote, with most meetings on Google Meet. The schedule is flexible, roughly three 8-hour days per week (about 24 hours/week). What You’ll Do ● Manage the day-to-day flow of projects to keep deliverables on schedule ● Coordinate resources across writers, designers, SEO specialists, and developers ● Run status meetings with the team via Google Meet ● Track deadlines and progress in our online project management tools (Moxie, GoogleDrive, etc.) ● Maintain clear communication with internal team members and occasionally withclients ● Identify blockers and help keep projects moving forward ● Support leadership with project updates and reporting What We’re Looking For ● Experience managing projects — ideally in a marketing, creative, or web designenvironment (preferred, but not required) ● Comfort with remote collaboration tools such as Google Drive, Google Meet, Slack, etc. ● Strong organizational and time-management skills ● A proactive communicator who’s comfortable asking questions and keeping peopleaccountable ● Someone who thrives in a small team environment and likes to wear multiple hats Pay & Schedule • Starting rate: $30/hour (with room to grow as responsibilities increase) • Schedule: Approximately three 8-hour days per week (24 hours total) • Flexible hours as long as meetings and deadlines are met Why Join Sprout ● Work with a tight-knit, talented team making a big impact for small businesses ● A collaborative environment where your ideas matter ● Flexibility to balance work with life outside the office ● Opportunity to grow your skills and responsibilities over time How to Apply Email your resume and a short note about why you’d be a great fit [email protected].
