You will work remotely, while being an integral part of our team Responsibilities: • Accurately transcribe radiology reports from audio files. • Ensure transcriptions meet established formatting guidelines. • Review transcribed documents for accuracy and completeness. • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery of transcribed documents. • Maintain confidentiality and security of all patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. • Handle transcription tasks efficiently using Microsoft Office and related software.
