Position OverviewWere seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who is passionate about combining professional counseling skills with a Christian worldview. This part-time, W-2 telehealth position allows you to provide therapy to children, individuals, and families from the comfort of your homewhile making a meaningful impact through faith-integrated care.ResponsibilitiesProvide individual, family, and child therapy sessions through SimplePractice, our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.Integrate Christian principles and biblical perspectives into treatment in a compassionate, client-led manner.Develop treatment plans, maintain timely and accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with clinical and ethical standards.Participate in supervision and team meetings for support and professional development.Maintain professional and ethical boundaries consistent with ACA, AACC, and New Mexico Counseling and Therapy Practice Board guidelines.QualificationsActive LMHC license in the state of New Mexico (required).Desire to gain experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and/or families.Commitment to integrating faith-based principles with evidence-based practice.Strong communication skills, reliability, and self-motivation for remote work.Comfort using technology and willingness to learn SimplePractice EMR.Required personal liability insurance.
