Part Time Remote Legal Assistant Starting $15.00/hr Less than 30 hours a month required.

We’re a small, friendly law practice that’s growing and needs some extra hands on deck. We like things done right, but we’re not about rigid schedules or micromanaging. What matters most to us is that work gets done accurately and on time.
The Role:
We’re looking for a Legal Assistant who’s organized, dependable, and comfortable working from home (or anywhere, really). If you’re detail-oriented, good with time management, and like having the flexibility to set your own schedule, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do:
• Draft court documents
• Keep track of important dates and deadlines (and help us never miss one!)
• E-file court documents
• Go to our client's office once a month (sometimes more) to do bulk mailings
What We’re Looking For:
• Some experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, or in an admin role (nice to have, but not required if you’re a quick learner)
• A sharp eye for detail—you don’t let little mistakes slip by
• Someone who thrives on meeting deadlines without needing to be watched
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
• Independent, self-motivated, and trustworthy
