Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers in real‑time via the careerzynith chat platform, providing prompt, courteous, and accurate responses.
Answer a wide variety of inquiries about vehicle specifications, financing options, service appointments, and dealership promotions.
Gather essential contact information (name, phone, email) to create high‑quality leads for dealer review.
Schedule service or sales appointments, confirming details and ensuring a smooth handoff to the dealership team.
Summarize each chat interaction, highlighting customer intent, pain points, and next steps for internal reporting.
Maintain and continuously update a knowledge base of evolving product features, dealership policies, and industry trends.

Essential Qualifications
Previous experience in retail customer service, automotive sales, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits
