Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Part‑Time Remote Data Entry Virtual Assistant to join our growing operations hub. In this role, you will be the backbone of data integrity, ensuring that critical client information is accurately captured, organized, and maintained within our proprietary platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Data Entry: Accurately input and update large volumes of information into Excel spreadsheets, adhering to defined formatting standards.
Central Reach Management: Transfer data from source documents into the Central Reach platform, following step‑by‑step training and quality checks.
Document Organization: Store source files and completed records in the appropriate cloud‑based folders, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with data‑governance policies.
Quality Assurance: Perform regular audits of entered data to identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicates, or missing fields.
Collaboration: Communicate with project managers, supervisors, and other virtual assistants to clarify data requirements and resolve ambiguities.
Process Improvement: Provide feedback on workflow efficiencies and suggest enhancements to data entry procedures.
Reporting: Generate weekly status reports summarizing completed entries, identified issues, and time spent on tasks.

Essential Qualifications
