Work closely with the Help Desk team to ensure that all customer requests are handled promptly and effectively
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and requests
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
No prior experience is required, but previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience for a technology company or busy online retailer is an asset
